梁俊谦先生是时代撼动（香港）国际咨询的合伙人，专注于审计、鉴证、税务及咨询事务。梁先生曾任职于国际四大会计师事务所德勤及立信德豪，现任知名香港本地会计师事务所梁建新会计师事务所管理合伙人，负责为各类企业提供符合香港财务报告准则（HKFRS）的审计、税务、公司秘书及财务管理咨询服务，致力于提升客户的财务治理与运营效率。
梁先生在审计和财务管理领域拥有丰富经验，曾领导及参与众多香港上市公司、跨国企业及中小企业的审计与咨询项目，客户行业涵盖金融服务、生物医药、地产、餐饮及国际贸易。梁先生亦热心于行业人才培养，作为香港会计师公会（HKICPA）资格课程（QP）导师，指导多位学员成功通过香港会计师资格考试。他还定期为中学生举办职业规划讲座和工作坊，分享会计与金融行业的专业见解。
梁先生毕业于英国华威大学，获会计与金融学学士学位，并完成左右圈学院高级商业管理课程。他是香港会计师公会会员（HKICPA）。其卓越的战略分析能力亦体现于个人成就中，他曾代表香港参加世界智力运动会围棋项目，并跻身赛事排名前十。

Philip Leung is a Partner at Stakeholder Consulting (HK) Limited, specializing in audit, tax, and advisory services. He has extensive experience serving listed companies, multinational corporations, and SMEs across industries such as finance, biomedicine, real estate, and international trade.
Previously, Philip held senior roles at Deloitte and BDO, and is currently the Managing Partner at Sunny Leung & Co., where he leads audit, tax, and advisory engagements under HKFRS to improve client governance and operational efficiency.
Committed to professional development, he tutors for the HKICPA Qualification Programme and regularly hosts career workshops for students.
Philip holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick and completed an Advanced Business Management Program at Left-Right Circles Academy. He is a member of HKICPA and a ranked Go (Weiqi) player, having represented Hong Kong internationally.
